Terms of Use

Thank you for choosing our salon for your tanning and wellness needs. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.


1. Age Requirements

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to use our UV tanning services and MyLipo.
  • The Minimum age for Sunless Spray Tanning in our VersaPro Booth is 14 with parental consent.
  • The minimum age for Cryotherapy, Redlight, Sauna, and Wellness Pod services is 11 years old with parental consent. Clients between 11 and 15 years old must:
  • Be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the session.
  • Have a parent or guardian create an account, add the minor as a related dependent, and purchase the membership or session under the minor’s account.
  • Children under 15 are not permitted to be left unattended in the salon at any time.
  • Minors are not allowed in service rooms unless they are the approved recipient of the service.
  • Under no circumstances may minors use UV tanning beds or MyLipo. Approved minors may access other wellness services only.


2. Health and Safety

  • Clients with any medical, neurological, or skin conditions — or any health-related concerns — must consult with a licensed healthcare provider before using any of our services.
  • Bottoms Up Tan reserves the right to require a doctor's note or medical clearance before allowing access to any service if a health condition is disclosed, observed, or suspected.
  • This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to protect the safety of our clients and staff. Clients who are unable or unwilling to provide the required documentation will not be permitted to use services.


3. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are recommended for tanning sessions and wellness services.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability.
  • We require 12-hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a $10.00 cancellation fee.


4. Payment, Products & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select electronic payment methods.


Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are FINAL SALE and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Memberships
  • Session packages
  • Individual services
  • All Retail products


Non-Transferable Policy

  • Memberships, sessions, and packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.


Product Sales

  • All products are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • We do not hold or reserve products under any circumstances.


5. Cleanliness & Facility Use

  • We maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment.
  • Please respect our staff, facilities, and equipment at all times.
  • Clients who do not adhere to cleanliness or behavioral expectations may be asked to leave.


6. Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for all personal belongings brought into the salon.
  • Please ensure you take all items with you upon leaving.
  • We do not maintain a lost and found, and the salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items.


7. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Customers assume all risks associated with tanning and wellness services.
  • The salon is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or damages resulting from the use of our services.


8. Consent & Acknowledgement

  • By using our services, customers consent to follow these Terms of Use and agree to comply with all salon policies and staff instructions.


9. Privacy

  • We value your privacy. Personal information will not be shared or disclosed without your consent, unless required by law.
  • All client records are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


10. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-salon notices.
